ACT ONE grad/ Starving Artist Mentor—BFA Point Park in Musical Theatre. Lead Singer/Dancer for Norwegian Cruise Lines, two years on the National Tour of Jersey Boys, now the Universal Swing for all companies of Jersey Boys from Broadway throughout North America. She covers any female role in North America in the time it takes to get there.
Maggie Carr
ACT ONE grad/Summer Camp Teacher, Actor/Writer, BFA Musical Theatre Point Park. Acting credits include Michael Rupert’s Parade, and New York’s Shakespeare’s Sister Company’s Sunday on the Rocks. Directing credits include Sweeney Todd (Carrnivale Theatrics), Dog Sees God (Black and White Theatre Co.), and Flight of the Lawn chair Man (Pittsburgh Playhouse). Maggie is a co-founder/producer of Pittsburgh’s Carrnivale Theatrics, and Black and White Theatre Co. where she produced The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Her play Rooster House has had New York Festival acclaim. Writer for actors and universities, specializing in actor-specific material.

Credits include: Stéphano in Roméo et Juliette, Countess Ceprano (covering Maddalena) in Rigoletto, and Suzy in La Rondine, Young American Artists Program at Glimmerglass Opera ”Le nozze di Figaro”.

ACT ONE grad, Summer Camp Teacher/Starving Artist Mentor, Penn State Musical Theatre, singer/songwriter in new, Brooklyn Indie band, WIFEY. Starred in The All for Nots, an internet series produced by Michael Eisner. Played young Edie in Grey Gardens at the Cape Playhouse in Cape Cod and Betty in Sunset Boulevard at the Pioneer Memorial Theatre in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Costume mistress for Pine- Richland’s production of Fiddler on The Roof her senior year of high school for which Pine Richland won a Gene Kelley award in 2002. Off Broadway which was nominated for Best Musical and Best Direction (Drama Desk), Asst. Director of White’s Lies starring Betty Buckley at New World Stages. Assistant Director of Damn Yankees with Jeff Denman. Played Emmett in Legally Blonde at PMT.

ACT ONE grad/Starving Artist Mentor—BFA in Acting from the Hartt School—played Ophelia in Hamlet at the Folger National Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, DC, Starred in Sirens at the Humana Theatre Festival of New Plays at Actors’ Theatre in Louisville. Played Melissa in Savannah Disputation, and Alexandra in The Little Foxes at Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey.
Lindsay Erb Miserandino
ACT ONE grad/Starving Artist Mentor, BA Grove City and MA from NYU in Theatre Education. General Manager for Rosie’s Theatre Kids, Rosie O’Donnell’s non-profit outreach program for NYC kids. She helps to lead a staff in developing and implementing innovative music theater programs that RTKids brings to New York City public schools and that now serves more than 1700 students a year. Lindsay will receive a scholarship to attend MIT’s Sloan School of Management executive certificate program in management and leadership.
Andy Mientus
ACT ONE grad/ Summer Camp Teacher, University of Michigan Musical Theatre—has been cast in NBC’s hit show, SMASH! He will play Kyle, the aspiring playwright from Brooklyn. Andy played Hanschen in the First National Tour of Spring Awakening. He toured South Korea in the new musical, Academy. Andy played Mark in Rent, won awards as the star of Shine in the New York Music Theatre Festival, and just finished his run in Broadway’s Carrie, the Musical.
